Exploring the forrest

There is something beautiful about watching children experience excitement in nature. I love it when they see something for the first time, or even when they watch the wind blow to the branches. I love the attention to detail. The details of little things that we sometimes miss because he is so caught up with our busy lives. These five cousins got to explore the Queen's Domain in Hobart, opposite the Royal Botanical Gardens. They got to run wild. I documented their adventures as they ran free. Sometimes it is challenging photographing children (especially when there is 5!!!) but the same time I find it highly rewarding. I love being able to give the parents some beautiful photos that they will treasure for ever and something these cousins can look back on in man years to come and go 'we had a beautiful childhood'. Ohh I am feeling nostalgic
